Jamie, her father revealed conservatorship was put in place in 2008 and ever since then he has managed the singer's financial element, efficiently.
This includes the singer's debts, lawsuits, as well as her personal and professional life, hence allowing the singer to be in good condition, and thus, there is no need for him to be ousted from the authority. In fact, he said in court replacement was required when Loy Taylor was handling the star, as he had received death threats during the controversial ongoing issues. He also added that Miller Kaplan's Michael Kane was appointed as the capable individual to come on board as Britney’s business manager.
He further added Sam Ingham being responsible for Britney’s legal affair and doesn’t have any duties to be performed when it comes to her conservatorship. Also, Jamie is not under any rule to keep Ingham posted with any issues about conservatorship.
It was also stated of the singer asking the court to give the entire control of her conservatorship to Bessemer Trust Company and taking down Jamie Spears from the position. This happened when she received a formal letter stating her business aspect not being handled by Tristar Sports and Entertainment Group.
