She took this step after she announced her support to all those who have been a victim of abuse. Billie Eilish who enjoys a massive fan following, 64.8 million people to be precise, on Instagram received a little backlash post her announcement. And in order to rectify it, the singer clicked the unfollow button and is now following no one on the photo-sharing app.
It started with Billie Eilish making a post on Instagram asking her fans to DM her the names of their abusers in case she is following any and she will instantly unfollow them. Her supportive message read, "If I am following your abuser, DM me and I will unfollow them. I will support you." Soon, on Twitter, a lot of people pointed out that she is still following people like Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and others who have been reportedly accused of abuse.
As per the insider, Chris Brown has been accused of domestic abuse, and rape while Justin Bieber was recently accused of sexual assault by two women. The Fault In Our Stars actor Ansel Elgort was recently accused by a woman of sexually assaulting her when she was 17. She was even following XXXTentacion who confessed to abusing his girlfriend before his death.

As she received some hate, Billie unfollowed everyone and even deleted her post. Meanwhile, Billie has been showing her support to cause - Black Lives Matter post the death of black man George Floyd in America.
