Ayesha Nair checks out the cast of Dil Dhadkane Do’s brunch attire
Dil Dhadkane Do is on a media blitzkrieg. Which means well be seeing lot of the cast
goofing around, hugging and kissing each other and generally being super pally.
Thankfully, this also gives me fodder to write about their fashion choices.
Recently, a brunch was held to launch the films music and most came in brunch-
appropriate attire. I was hoping at least one of them would wear leather pants and a
sequined crop top but no such luck.
Priyanka Chopra wore her heart on her sleeve in this Verb dress. The wavy bob adds to the retro feel of the look. Its light and summery and perfect for brunch without being too laid back.
PS: How cool are her shades?
So, you thought Ranveer Singh would come in just a plain,light-coloured suit? Where have you been!? Of course he chose a suit with a cherry blossom print by Sailex and nailed it.
And the most boring of the lot was Farhan Akhtar. Like thats the least exciting thing anyone has ever worn in the history of time. I might be exaggerating but, like, what is he even wearing?
Anushka Sharma chose a Bhaavya Bhatnagar jumpsuit. Now, if this looks a little familiar its because Huma Qureshi wore the same jumpsuit to the HT Style Awards a while ago. Both, of course, styled it differently.
Anushka wisely put her hair up in a bun because an outdoor brunch in the middle of an Indian summer is nothing less than torture.
I think anybody who wears white to an event where there is food and beverages, is very brave.
PS: How cool are HER shades also?
