The fashion carnival aka Lakmé Fashion Week is here and is already swooning us over. Earlier, it was Katrina Kaif who started the show with a bang by wearing a sumptuous piece from Manish’s Maahrumysha collection, Katrina looked every bit of gorgeous. This time, as we reported, Bollywood’s hottest couple Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar have also set the runway ablaze by going bohemian.
While the much-in-love couple walked for designer Payal Singhal at the Lakmé Fashion Week and looked simply amazing, Farhan does an impromptu move on the runway and Shibani's reaction to it was simply priceless. In the video, as Shibani and Farhan were walking back, they paused midway for the audience and the shutterbugs to click them. While Dandekar turned around to make an exit, Akhtar without turning just kept looking at his ladylove and started walking backwards which made her blush. Isn't that really cute? The designer completed 20 years in the industry, she decides to feature Farhan and Shibani as her showstopper at the LFW 2019. Apart from Ms Kaif, a lot of other celebrities were spotted wearing the ace designer Manish Malhotra's creation including, Athiya Shetty, Mrunal Thakur, Khushi Kapoor and Daisy Shah to name a few flaunted their fashionista self at the opening ceremony.
We have shared the schedule of the show with you guys as well. This season, The Sustainable Fashion Day will be on 22nd August, i.e, Day 2 of the of Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive '19. The shows on all five days will commence at 12 pm on all days except for Day 2. On Day 2, it will start at 9.30 in the morning.
