We totally dug her sweeping glossy black gown by designer George Hobeika. We also dug her jewelry that wasn’t OTT at all. But boy, someone just whispered the damn dime she spent on those sparklers in our ears and we are looking at JLO’s SAG appearance in a whole new light (one with diamond and fairy dust in it).
Her diamonds – ears, neck, hands – all combined and all from the house of Harry Winston, cost 9 Million dollars. We couldn’t have put an image to what that amount actually looked like for real, but now we can. 9 Million Dollars looks like JLO in a bow tie dress on the SAG 2020 red carpet. A breathtaking sight, indeed! Jennifer Lopez was nominated in the Best Supporting Actress category for her role in Hustlers but on the red carpet, she was the best lady of the night. Anyhoo, coming back to those diamonds. According to Cosmopolitan magazine, JLO wore a total of 199.26 carat diamonds on her gorgeous self for the night. Her drop necklace, weighing an astounding 73.55 carats, was the most expensive piece of jewellery she wore that night.
Not to forget, JLO’s 15 carat engagement ring that her beau Alex Rodriguez proposed to her with. Priced at a cool 1.4 million dollars, y’all. No big deal!
