Salman
Khan and Katrina Kaif brought the house down, last night, as the duo walked for
ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra, displaying his Persian collection. The
occasion was also to mark the completion of the designer’s label’s 13 years.
And he chose Salman and Katrina as his show-stoppers. Needless to say if the
event was to celebrate Bollywood’s top fashion designer, the B-Town brigade had
to put on their best style game.
Apart
from these two stars, the young brigade like Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor also
attended the event. Sara chose a chocolate brown Indian outfit with a twist of
fusion as her corset had a layered drape attached to it. The embroidery on her
lehenga was that of gold in floral design. Sara completed the look with simple
straight hair parted from middle and chain earrings. Janhvi Kapoor on the other
hand also chose floral as her embroidery but the base of her lehenga was a
pretty colour in shade of blue. She opted for a rather bold choice in her
blouse- a sheer number with tactful embroidery. To talk about her make-up, just
like Sara, Janhvi too opted to go simple.
Mouni
Roy, was also a part of this mega event and the Gold actress ditched shimmer
and rather went for pastels. She wore a sheer number with overlapping layers at
the bottom and grey dress inside. There was a tinge of floral embroidery too in
her outfit. Mouni tied her hair in a tight bun and flaunted her pouty maroon
lips. Athiya Shetty kept it simple in a plain layered skirt and embellished
cold-shoulder top. Kim Sharma, on the other hand, draped herself in a grey and copper tone saaree in a stylish way and paired it with an off-shoulder blouse.
