Whenever there is an R Balki film coming up, everyone assumes that Amitabh Bachchan will be a part of it. From Cheeni Kum and Paa to English Vinglish and Shamitabh, he has always been a part of all Balki films. So, is Big B his lucky mascot?
“I am sure he will not like it if I call him my lucky mascot. He is not a mascot, he’s Amitabh Bachchan. He’s the country’s greatest actor,” says Balki.
About Amitabh’s special appearance in Ki & Ka, he adds, “Amitji and Jayaji (Jaya Bachchan) have a special appearance in the film. In just that one scene, you will be able to feel the whole essence of the story that we are trying to portray in the film.”
Starring Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead, Ki & Ka releases on April 1.
