Parineeti Chopra hasn’t had a release for over a year now, and the actress has put that time to perfect use. She has lost about 15 kg and did a photoshoot recently, which gave everyone the jitters. To top it, she has also learnt an ancient Indian martial arts form.

At a recent event, when Parineeti was asked about her secret of such drastic transformation, she revealed, “Diet, exercise and proper sleep are a must to lose weight. Also, people should not get demotivated.”
Pari, weren’t you hinting at yourself when you used the word ‘demotivated’? We all know how Anushka Sharma pulled the carpet beneath your feet not once but twice with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Sultan.
