In the last couple of months, we saw a lot of things changing in the state of Jammu and Kashmir post Article 370 was revoked. However, the life of the people residing in this state is still undergoing some changes. Bollywood actress Zaira Wasim who belongs to Srinagar today taking to her Twitter had asked for help from her followers a week back. In her request, she requested help from her followers to provide her with a contact number of a cellular company as she was facing service issues for a week.
She had tweeted in the afternoon "Zara mujhe koi BSNL customer care ka number lekin JISPE WOH LOG PHONE UTHAYE! @BSNLCorporate Trying my luck since a week now. @BSNL_JK” And within a couple of hours of her tweet, the cellular company BSNL, itself looked into the matter and provided the actress with the much-needed solution to her problem. Hence, in order to appreciate their efforts, just like she had tweeted asking for help to get in touch with him, she thanked them also via her tweet.
In her tweet, she mentioned the cellular company personally getting in touch with her and solving the issue.
