Here’s some good news for fans of Amitabh Bachchan! The megastar is all set to revive his 'Sunday meetings' with fans at the gate of his Mumbai home, Jalsa. Big B took to his blog to announce the same and said he will revive meeting his fans on Sunday and it will be done following all precautions and safety measures. Amitabh also called Covid-19 relaxations in Mumbai a ‘blessing’. For the unversed, in 2020, the Piku actor had halted his Sunday meet sessions due to a rise in Covid-19 cases.

Taking to his blog, Amitabh announced the wrap of his film that he was shooting in Rishikesh over the past few months. He wrote, “ Travel over .. leaving the ‘devbhoomi’ with an immense feel of exhilaration to have been in this divine environ .. the work the atmosphere of work .. the crew and the colleagues .. all .. and the need to get back again .. to them .. and in the divinity of the surroundings.” ALSO READ: Amitabh Bachchan Recalls His Jhund Co-Star Asking Him 'Sir, Rote Kaise Hain?' The Shahenshah actor also dropped a major hint about reviving his Sunday meets. He added, “Alright .. the news about the city of Mumbai is that no more masks and protocol of Covid .. which comes as a blessing .. and the restrictions of flights in the International to be given operations as normal. So hopefully travel from far off lands shall be in permission .. and perhaps the Sunday meets at the Jalsa gate on the Sunday to be revived, albeit with given precautions. Such a desire to look forward to when I am back. Love and am in the resting mode now .. need to recover.”

In terms of work, Big B has his hands full with many exciting and big-budget movies. He is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming film ‘Brahmastra,’ which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Apart from this, he also has Sooraj Barjatya's Uunchai, Goodbye and Ajay Devgn starrer Runway 34 in the pipeline.
