Deepika Padukone was the first actress in Bollywood who opened up about mental health few years ago. While back then other B-Town stars were supporting causes such as women empowerment, development of the underprivileged children and much more. Being associated with the organization, Live Love Laugh Foundation helping people come out of depression, the actress has been creating awareness among the people about the same. Today being the World Mental Health Day it was expected from the actress to shed some light and take her noble cause a notch higher.
Hence the actress continues to do her bit; made an announcement on her official Instagram account with a video. Dippy is heard saying in her video of including yet another column on her site named ‘closet’, which will allow her fans to buy few of her best outfits. Moreover the revenue generated from this section of her site will help people struggling with mental illness. Dippy captioned this Instagram post as, “To each and every one of you, This #WorldMentalHealthDay I am delighted to announce the launch of The Deepika Padukone Closet™️ where you can shop and own some of my most favourite pieces from my wardrobe!...”
Deepika currently has 2 films in the pipeline all set to release in 2020, Meghna Gulzar’s
