It has been a challenging time for most of us amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Not just physical, even mental health of a lot of people has been affected amid the pandemic. During such stressful times, meditation can be one way to calm oneself, and keep stress at bay. World Meditation Day is being observed today, and on this day, Dia Mirza took shared the importance of meditation and called it a superpower. She also shared a BTS throwback picture while shooting for Kaafir, which shows her meditating in the lap of nature in Himachal.
In her social media post, Diz Mirza wrote that she wishes everyone could discover how beneficial and life-altering meditating really is. She called it a ‘super-power' and mentioned that it is a part of her daily routine. She wrote in her caption, “ Meditation is a super power i wish every person would discover. It is life altering. Whether I’m at work or at home, Meditation is a part of my daily routine #WorldMeditationDay #ConnectWithSelf #ConnectWithNature.”
Dia Mirza posted a throwback BTS picture of her from the time when she was shooting for Kaafir. She can be seen silently meditating amidst a beautiful location, with the backdrop of snow-clad mountains. Her face also shows some injuries, which left many fans concerned, however, she clarified that the injuries aren’t real, and are from the time when she was shooting for Kaafir. “ P.s- This image is #BTS (BEHIND THE SCENES) #Kaafir, not real injuries :),” she added in her caption. Dia Mirza tied the knot with Vaibhav Rekhi on February 15. The actress is expecting her first child with Vaibhav Rekhi, and she announced her pregnancy in April by posting a picture of her cradling her baby bump. “Blessed to be...
