It's the middle of the week and this is the time when we
let go of our fitness goals. If you are about to fall off the wagon, here is
some inspiration.
First up is Sushant Singh Rajput. The man is killing it
at the gym with different types of cross-fit exercises. He put out a video

Lastly, we have Karishma Tanna. The leggy lass is making
