Here are some of our favourite B-Towners who are giving us mid-week workout motivation, from Sushant Singh Rajput’s body transformation to Nia Sharma’s intense routines

It's the middle of the week and this is the time when we let go of our fitness goals. If you are about to fall off the wagon, here is some inspiration.

First up is Sushant Singh Rajput. The man is killing it at the gym with different types of cross-fit exercises. He put out a video showcasing his rigorous workout. Then, we have Sonu Sood. He may be 43-years old, but his fab physique still has people drooling all over him. He took to social media to post a video of him lifting weights with a bottle on his head. Check it out:
