Women are the real protagonists in building a better society. Their wisdom, actions, and never give up attitude are the driving force for the creation of a peaceful world. Although there is no single day to appreciate women for the work they deliver to society as a whole, 8th March marks the day to celebrate Women’s Day. Where everyone around the world is celebrating the glorious day, how can our Bollywood celebrities stay behind? Many Bollywood stars took to their social handles to applaud and wish for the most important women in their lives.

Ajay Devgan dedicated his Instagram post to all the beautiful ladies in his life. The actor shared a video in which his name is trimmed and renamed as his mother’s name Veena’s son, Kavita and Neelam’s brother, Kajol’s husband, and Nysa’s father. Wow! That’s something which takes our heart. He captioned the post, “Thank you all for shaping me in the most wonderful way. #internationalwomensday.”


The Fukrey actress Richa Chadha dropped a post on her Instagram handle where she is seen flexing her muscles in the photo and expressing gratitude towards all the ladies. Her post reads, ‘We can Do It’. Sharing the picture, she captioned it, “Happy Women’s Day! Queen Kangana Ranaut also took the opportunity to wish the filmmaker and her dear friend Ekta Kapoor. She posted a picture with Ekta on her Instagram story wishing her A Happy Women's Day. Saif Ali Khan’s sister Saba Ali Khan too wished her mother Sharmila Tagore, her sister Soha Ali Khan and her sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan on the occasion of women’s day.
