Shah Rukh Khan owns this luxurious house called 'Jannat'-which was gifted to him by Dubai-based property developer Nakheel in September 2007.
While everyone is curious to know about the inside details of the actor’s private island home, we bring you interesting details about this villa. According to a report in DNA, “Jannat” is located in K Frond of Palm Jumeirah, which is said to be the largest artificial archipelago in the world. Spread over an area of 8500 sq. ft, the home is priced at around Rs 18 crores.
The report added that this beautiful holiday villa is set on a 14,000 sq ft plot and “its exteriors are open for visitors but the entry to interiors are secured.” The dreamy and expensive villa has six bedrooms, two remote-controlled garages, a private pool and a beach with facilities for deep-sea fishing. Needless to say, it is no less than a paradise.
Shah Rukh's wife Gauri Khan has reportedly, did the interiors of this big mansion, which offers a stunning view, of the Dubai skyline. Besides this, Shah Rukh Khan also owns a 6-storey high, sea-facing house, Mannat, located at Bandra West in Mumbai. Mannat is considered to be his most expensive purchase, pegged at Rs 200 crores.
