Actor Urvashi Rautela made heads turn with her fabulous sartorial choices at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2023. On day 2, she walked the red carpet in a sequined frill orange gown by ace designer Tarik Ediz. Urvashi exuded elegance and confidence as she slayed the red carpet with her radiant smile and captivating presence. However, the French paparazzi and some people in the crowd mistook Rautela for Aishwarya Rai as they called Urvashi with Aish’s name. The video of the same has gone viral on social media and it got mixed reactions.

However, the Sanam Re actress seemed unfazed by the paparazzi's mistake as she smiled and continued to pose. In the viral video, Urvashi could be seen posing for the shutterbugs with confidence on the red carpet. Just when she greeted fans and media, blowing kisses, someone from the crowd shouted 'Aishwarya', and Urvashi turned around and smiled. While her fans blasted French media for the mistake, some netizens trolled Urvashi for allegedly copying Aishwarya. Reacting to the clip, one user wrote, “She is following footsteps of Aishwarya so much that they are calling her Aishwarya.” Another commented, "Hands on waist, blowing kisses to media, heart hands. She (Urvashi) seems to be following Aishwarya religiously.”

Meanwhile, Urvashi was styled by international designer Bożena Janisiw for this stunning look. She accentuated her look with kohl-rimmed eyes, bold shade of lipstick, and blush. She wore her hair in a high bun adorned with beautiful accessories. The leggy lass styled her look with striking diamond earrings and serendipity jewelry that added a touch of sparkle to her overall look. For the accessories, she also carried a mini pearl studded red bag from the TА́DA brand.
