Welcome To The Jungle marks the third instalment of the popular Welcome franchise and boasts an impressive ensemble cast. The official announcement of the film in 2023 showcased the cast engaging in a cappella performance, hinting at the humor to be expected in the movie. Alongside Akshay Kumar, the star-studded lineup includes Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Paresh Rawal, Lara Dutta, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, and Mika Singh, among others.

Directed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Firoz A Nadiadwallah, Welcome To The Jungle is scheduled for a December 2024 theatrical release. Sanjay Dutt's departure from the film was reportedly influenced by the demanding action sequences his character required, a decision made in light of his health issues. Despite this setback, the film's anticipation remains high, promising an entertaining addition to the beloved franchise.

On the work front, Sanjay Dutt was last seen in Vijay Thalapathy's Leo. The film was a blockbuster at the box office.
