Not too long ago, Vivek Oberoi proudly announced that he will soon make a sequel to his 2002 gangster saga Company. Ram Gopal Verma who directed the original is supposed to be the creative advisor on the film and has been mentoring his CEO Sandeep Gangatkar (co-producer on Bhoot Returns and Satya 2) to helm the project. Well?

Vivek is dreaming. Literally.

SpotboyE.com has it that Boney Kapoor who was a co-producer on Company is in no mood to part with the rights.

For those who've come in late, Boney will not relent. Reason- Boney and Ramu are not on talking terms ever since Ramu decided to name one of his Telgu films as Sridevi. Boney had even sent a legal notice to Ramu objecting about the same.

We checked with Boney if he would give the rights of Company to Vivek Oberoi. Boney shot back: 'No way!"

So that's that, Oberoi Jr.
