On social media, she is being appreciated for her bold stance while some are even criticising her. Amidst this, a video of Kangana Ranaut talking about national awards has gone viral. In the video, the actress has stated that if she does not get a national award for Manikarnika then the credibility of the award needs to be questioned.

In one of the past media interactions, Kangana, who is a three-time national award winner had shared that her film Manikarnika based on Rani Laxmibai deserves to get a national award. But if not, she'll question the credibility of the national awards. As the video went viral on social media, netizens are divided. Some are in favor of Kangana, while some are slamming her.
