SpotboyE has stumbled upon a video which shows the former beauty queen performing hanging dumbbells rows with amazing ease (watch the video above). For those who are unaware, hanging dumbbell rows is counted among the toughest of exercises.

Urvashi has been training under James Harrison (Bandra) for some time now. “James told me that hanging dumbbells rows is extremely tough, but I took it on a challenge. I don’t like giving up and my efforts have paid off,” she says.

This particular exercise routine is meant to develop the Serratus Anterior, which are those ‘finger-like’ muscles along the sides of the ribcage under the pectoral muscles.
