If she is not in news for her fashion choices, Urvashi Rautela makes it to the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Recently, she became a target of trolls as her tweet praising the Oscar-winning film Parasite was found to be plagiarised. A New York-based author found out that Urvashi had copy-pasted his Parasite review on her Twitter handle without giving him any credit. The author named JP Brammer then took a dig at her saying that she could have at least corrected the grammar.
Sharing the screenshot of the tweets, JP Brammer wrote, "Why didn't she at least correct the grammar" um my bad grammar?? is part of the vibe??? wow (sic)." Urvashi got trolled mercilessly on social media for the same. However, the actress has come out clean by putting the blame on her social media team. Her spokesperson has said, "As Urvashi Rautela's spokesperson would like to make it clear that the tweet regarding the parasite was not done by Urvashi Rautela, it was done by her social media team, and Urvashi was completely unaware of it, and after we came across it, we took the necessary steps. Apology for the inconvenience."
This is not for the first time that Urvashi has called for trouble for copying someone else's content. Earlier, she found herself in trouble when netizens caught her plagiarised content as she picked up Gigi Hadid's post and shared on her social media without giving any credit. She was even found to have lifted Narendra Modi's message sent to actress Shabana Azmi post her accident.
