Yesterday, we told you about Anurag Kashyap lashing out against the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and the Central government for demanding as many as 89 cuts in Udta Punjab, including all references to ‘Punjab’ (Anurag Kashyap: India has become North Korea).
The latest is, Anurag and the other producers of the film -- Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Vikramaditya Motwane, Aman Gill, Vikas Bahl and Sameer Nair -- have moved the Bombay High Court against the Censor Board’s move.
