A short while after CBFC Chairman Pahlaj Nihalani accused Anurag Kashyap of taking money from AAP (Aam Aadmi Party) to show Punjab in bad light, party leader Arvind Kejriwal posted a befitting reply.
Here’s what the Delhi Chief Minister tweeted:
In other developments, we have already told you about Anurag Basu moving the Bombay High Court against the CBFC demanding 89 cuts in Udta Punjab. Anurag and other producers of the movie had also sought details of all the 89 cuts from the Board.
While the court adjourned the matter till tomorrow, the Board issued an official letter with details of the cuts soon after the first hearing.
We hear, a special screening has been arranged for filmmaker Shyam Benegal, who heads the government-appointed Censor Board Revamp Committee.
