Shahrukh Khan took to social media yesterday to announce that he would voice the iconic characters in Hindi along with his son Aryan Khan. Shah Rukh Khan tweeted “Glad to be a part of this journey... a timeless film. Voicing it in Hindi with my own Simba. The last time we did a film was around 15 years ago and it was ‘Incredible’ and this time around its even more fun. Hope everyone enjoys it 19th July onwards. #TheLionKing.”
While this news at first was received with a lot of praise and excitement – some Twitterati were not happy about it and pointed out the “glaringly obvious nepotism.” Take a look at what some people had to say on Twitter:

And we boycott it #nepotism won't waste a penny for the entitled, who get chance because of the father's name, no talent though. But does Disney care about talent!? #shame
