Twinkle Khanna is known for her real, and unapologetic demeanor and the former actress, writer and philanthropist is a doting mother to two children - Aarav and Nitara. Now, in a recent episode of her chat show, The Icons, Twinkle Khanna played host to MasterChef Sanjeev Kapoor. The was seen getting candid about a plethora of topics and even shared some unknown anecdotes from their respective lives. 

During the chat, Twinkle revealed that she had been feeding her daughter, Nitara, only peanut butter sandwiches during the entire period of lockdown. She was also worried that her daughter might need therapy in the future since neither she nor her husband did not know how to cook. ALSO READ: WHAT! “During the pandemic, I was giving her peanut butter sandwiches everyday because we couldn’t cook. I can’t cook. Husband said that he is not going to cook. Now, I feel that she will grow up and go into therapy and say that others’ parents were making pasta and banana bread and everything, but my mother was giving me only peanut butter toast," said Twinkle Khanna. 


As their chat progressed Twinkle Khanna asked Sanjeev Kapoor to mention one actor who would be the perfect fit to portray his character if somebody ever made a biopic on him. To which Sanjeev quickly called out Twinkle’s husband, Akshay Kumar’s name as a means of his choice.

Recently Twinkle Khanna, who is an exceptional writer, recently too to the columns of a newspaper under her pen name, Mrs. Funnybones wrote a piece about boredom. Her piece detailed how boredom itself helped her to find her love, Akshay Kumar. 

“On the other hand, being bored at one point, (before the advent of smartphones, where I could idle away hours scrolling through feeds of airport looks) also made me more receptive to taking up the arduous task of jogging with my co-actor, which eventually led to matrimony and two kids with slightly more athletic genes."
