Last seen in Baaghi 3 on the silver screen, actor Tiger Shroff dropped a BTS video on his Instagram account, giving a glimpse of his rejuvenating sessions during the film shoot. High on action quotient, this film saw the athletic actor performing some hardcore stunts hence having some relaxing session was deserved by the actor. The video shared by the actor shows him in a hyperbaric chamber which is an FDA approved medical device to give 100% pure oxygen required for the body.
In the video, we can see the actor lying down in this chamber for at least an hour and followed by stepping out of his, all charged up. Tiger Shroff shared this video clip with the caption, “Post baaghi 3 shoot days that's how I spent most of my time# recovery,” followed by a laughing emoji. Now that’s called treating your body like a holy temple and being true to it; Tiger has set an example for the youth with his dedication for fitness and work ever since he stepped into Bollywood.
