Currently, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is probing the alleged Bollywood-drug nexus. A few days ago, Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh had been summoned by the NCB for questioning. Amid all of this, the 2019 video of Karan Johar’s house party once again surfaced, and became the talking point. Last year, a video of Karan Johar’s house party featuring Deepika Padukone, Malaika Arora, Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and others had gone viral on social media after allegations of stars being in a ‘drugged state’ surfaced. Here’s how Karan Johar had reacted to it.

Back in September 2019, while speaking at Today Conclave Mumbai 2019, Karan Johar spoke up about the alleged drug party video, and said, “Apparently you're not supposed to scratch your nose. Apparently, if a group of Bollywood is in a room then you’re obviously doing drugs. That is the ridiculousness of what happened as a result of that video. Would I be stupid to put up a video of substance abuse?” He added that his mother was in the same room and they were all chatting. After she left, the video was taken.

“Poor Vicky, coming out of dengue, can't even scratch his nose! That sent people into a tizzy. People were analyzing the lines. Marble comes with those lines, I can't change that! The next time there are allegations, it will not be tolerated. We will deal with it strictly,” said Karan.

Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal also reacted to the drug allegations back in 2019. Read more about it here.
