A source close to the film told us, “The team wanted to recreate an old song which would suit the script of the film and they found Pyar Humein Kis Mod Pe Le Aaya suitable to the situation. However, the modalities are yet being worked out.”
As of now, it’s unclear who will be the composer recreating the timeless track.
The old song featured Amitabh Bachchan, Amjad Khan, Sachin, Shakti Kapoor, Paintal, Sudhir, and Inderjeet. The song was composed by RD Burman and was crooned by Kishore Kumar, Rahul Dev Burman, Bhupinder Singh, Sapan Chakravorty and Gulshan Bawra.
Coming to Saif’s Chef, apart from Saif Ali Khan, the film also stars South Indian actress Padmapriya Janakiraman. Dhanish Karthik, Dinesh Prabhakar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Sachin Kamble, Shayan Munshi and Russell Peters will be seen in the supporting roles.

The film's principal photography began in October 2016 in Kochi and it was scheduled for a worldwide release on July 14, 2017 however to avoid a conflict with Jagga Jasoos, the release date is now October 6, 2017.
