Shah Rukh Khan has a great fan following not only in India but also across the globe. But a Hollywood superstar also considers SRK as his mentor. Well, it’s X-Men star Hugh Jackman who shared words of appreciation for Shah Rukh Khan.
After the premier of his upcoming film, The Greatest Showman in Sydney, Hugh Jackman said, “I have done a lot of dancing and singing in this film and I had Shah Rukh Khan in mind while shooting it. He is my mentor and I need to take more dance lessons from him.”
Not only this, the 49-year-old also revealed that he
copied SRK’s signature move. “I have also done the signature SRK move,
spreading my arms wide. I would love to see Shah Rukh in the Indian version of
the film." Speaking about the last time he met SRK, Hugh added that he
needs "to meet him soon."
This is not the first time that the Australian actor, singer and producer has been fascinated with Shah Rukh Khan. Earlier this year, Hugh was interviewed by a journalist who quizzed him on which Bollywood celeb will be the perfect to essay the role of Wolverine, he was quick to take Badshah's name. He said, "Maybe Shah Rukh Khan could play it."
Meanwhile, Hugh Jackman’s The
Greatest Showman also stars Zac Efron. Directed by Michael Gracey, the movie is
set to hit the theatres on January 1, 2018.
As far as, Shah Rukh Khan mentoring Hugh Jackman is concerned, we are sure fans would love to see both the superstar share the screen together and do the signature step.
