There’s still time for Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar starrer The Sky Is Pink to hit the big screens, but our timelines have been all and only about this film and its awesomeness courtesy, The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). It was a few days that The Sky Is Pink got premiered at TIFF and, ever since then, we have only come across good things about it. Recently, Farhan Akhtar took to his Instagram and shared his two cents for the entire team.

In the picture, Farhan Akhtar, along with filmmaker Shonali Bose and co-star Priyanka Chopra, was all smiles as he posed for the paps on the red carpet. In his caption, the actor expressed his gratitude towards the team by writing, “With the star of the show .. @shonalibose_ .. thank you for including and trusting me in your beautiful creation #TheSkyIsPink .. big big hug.* @rsvpmovies @roykapurfilms @priyankachopra @zairawasim_ @rohitsaraf10 @tiff_net.” Shonali was quick to reciprocate Farhan’s love by leaving a special comment under his post.

Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant" replied the director who was all praises for the brilliant performance that Farhan has delivered in the film.

Meanwhile, Farhan Akhtar is now gearing up for the release of 'The Sky Is Pink' which is set to hit theatres on the 11th of October, 2019 while his next 'Toofan' is all set to take over 2020.
