And his is back! Ajay Devgn unveils the first look poster of his next titled Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior! The actor plays the lead role of the warrior on screen named Tanaji Malusare; a biographical drama based on his life. The movie is produced under the actor’s banner. The first look poster has Ajay in the warrior avatar with sword in his hands and rage in his eye. We also see few other soldiers, battling it out on the war field on the poster as well.
At the footer of the poster, makers also announced the release date of the movie, January 10, 2020. So it will be war of biopics at the box office, with Meghan Gulzar’s Chhapaak featuring Deepika Padukone also releasing on the same date. Chhapaak too is a biopic based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. Sharing the poster on his social media handle, he wrote, “MIND that was as sharp as a sword... #TanhajiTheUnsungWarrior, in cinemas 10th January 2020.”

Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior! also is a treat for Kajol-Ajay, as real life couple shall once again share the screen space. Kajol plays Ajay better half in the movie, Savitri Malusure, the duo was last seen sharing the screen space in Toonpur Ka Superrhero back in 2010.
Kajol is set to make her digital debut with Tribhanga on Netflix, along with this project being the debut venture for Devgn as well in the digital space.
Produced by Ajay Devgn’s ADF and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, directed by Om Raut, it is set to release on January 10, 2020.
