Renowned Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen took the social media by storm earlier in March, when she disclosed that she had suffered a heart attack. Industry friends and fans had rushed to send out well wishes and motivational messages for the actress. They have prayed for her speedy recovery. Ever since she has often taken to her official handles to share updates about her health with her followers. She is currently busy celebrating completing her one month since the incident.

The 47-year-old actress took to Instagram, to share a video when she can be seen posing for the camera. She went on to explain in the caption that she is celebrating the milestone by doing what she loves, that is working. She wrote, “Celebrating the completion of one month since my Angioplasty…by doing exactly what I love doing…WORKING!!! Lights, camera, ACTION & of course @flavienheldt creating his magic!!! Sushmita through her social media posts has bursted a lot of myths around heart attack. Not only did she speak about how taking care of her health and doing yoga constantly helped her out, but also advised the younger generation to start taking care of their health. She had gone on to speak about how exercising helped her survive a “massive heart attack, with 95 % blockage in one of my main artery.”

On the work front, Sushmita has Taali, a biopic on the life of transgender social activist Gauri Sawant, and Ram Madhvani’s Aarya 3 in the pipeline.
