Sushant Singh Rajput's death case is getting murkier and more mysterious with each passing day. A lot of revelations are coming to the fore. While Mumbai Police recorded statements of several people, the alleged bank statements and other details of Sushant Singh Rajput put everyone in shock. The late actor's father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna accusing her of abetment to suicide, cheating and more. Sushant's friend Siddharth Pithani who lived with him has also come under the spotlight. Now, a sting operation of Sushant's watchman has brought another twist.
In a sting operation done by Times Now, the watchman has contradicted Siddharth Pithani's statement. Reportedly, Siddharth in his statement stated that he informed the watchman as he saw Sushant's body. However, the watchman has claimed that he wasn't informed about anything.
Not just by Mumbai Police, Siddharth Pithani was also interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate in Mumbai. After Sushant's father allegedly mentioned about the financial irregularities in his son's bank accounts, ED filed a money laundering case against Rhea Chakraborty, brother Showik Chakraborty and others. Even Siddharth Pithani was summoned and interrogated for a few hours.
Siddharth Pithani is said to be very crucial to the case as he was the one who was present in the house when the unfortunate incident of Sushant Singh Rajput's death took place. The Kai Po Che actor died on June 14, reportedly by suicide. He was said to be suffering from depression for around six months.
