Some days back, there were reports suggesting that Sushant Singh Rajput’s lookalike Sachin Tiwari was roped in by filmmakers Sanoj Mishra and Marut Singh to play the lead role in the late actor’s biopic titled Shashank. However, the actor is no longer a part of the film and it currently stars Arya Babbar and Rajveer Singh. Recently, a trade analyst took to his Twitter handle and shared the first look posters of Shashank which is based on a young star's mysterious death and nepotism in Bollywood. After seeing the posters, Sushant's sister Shweta Singh Kirti seemed to be against the film as she expressed her disappointment over the same. His sister took to her Twitter handle and demanded a boycott of the film and the one who is promoting the film.
While quoting the posters, she wrote, "Boycott the film and the one who is promoting it!! #BoycottAltairMedia" After she shared the tweet, fans of the late actor agreed with Shweta. A fan wrote, "Absolutely Agree.. This must be stopped.. And look who announced it Komal Nahata who was hell bent to give clean chit to Rhea right after Late Sushant s Demise by starting a false campaign. He is part of a Rougue System part of the Bollywood Mafia Gang who was against Late Sushant"
Another one wrote, "Boycott this film and block it !! Shweta Di, this is such a blatant copy of the alleged scenario of a current issue that we are all fighting for! Is there no action that the family can take!"
