Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case saw several twists, and the case has now been handed over to the CBI. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed a money laundering case on the basis of a complaint filed by Sushant’s father KK Singh in Patna, in which he accused Rhea Chakraborty and her family members of siphoning funds of about Rs 15 crore from Rajput’s bank accounts. Yesterday, Rhea, her brother Showik and father had appeared before the ED for questioning. Now, Sushant’s sister Mitu Singh has arrived at the ED office in Mumbai.

A video of Mitu Singh arriving at the ED office has been shared by ANI and it shows Mitu being escorted by a female police officer, as she gets mobbed by crowds gathered around the ED office. ANI’s tweet read, “Sushant Singh Rajput death case: Sushant's sister Mitu Singh (being escorted by a female police officer) at Enforcement Directorate (ED) office in Mumbai.” Earlier today, Sushant's former business manager Shruti Modi, as well as Sushant's flatmate and friend Siddharth Pithani arrived at the Enforcement Directorate office for interrogation.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court hearing for Rhea Chakraborty's petition seeking transfer of probe in Sushant’s death case to Mumbai, has begun.

Rhea Chakraborty filed a fresh affidavit in the Supreme Court, alleging that the case is being blown out of proportion. Times Now accessed a copy of the affidavit, and reported Rhea saying that the entire development has occurred just in wake of upcoming elections in Bihar and Sushant’s suicide is being 'blown out of proportion'.
