In an interview with ETimes, Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend Samuel Haokip opened up about the #MeToo allegations levelled at the late actor. As Sushant’s friend and Pavitra Rishta director Kushal Zaveri reacted to the #MeToo allegations lately, when asked about the same to him, Samuel said, “ #MeToo by Sanjana Sanghi, if it's proper then I understand, and if it's not true and just propaganda spread by someone, then she should have just spoken about it.”
As Samuel Haokip spoke on how he felt that Sanjana Sanghi should have opened up about the #MeToo allegations against Rajput sooner, he went on to talk about how the actress mentioned recently that the reason for her delay was that she was abroad. Talking about the same, Haokip added, “But then she claims that she was in the States and there was no network. We live in this 21st century where we can get free wifi in foreign locations as well. It was such a big allegation on Sushant and this movie, so Sanjana should have cleared it.”
