Sushant Singh Rajput’s death on June 14 left the nation shocked, and while it has been over three months since the actor passed away, the investigation in his death case is still going on. While the Mumbai Police were earlier investigating Sushant’s death case, the CBI later took over post the Supreme Court’s orders after it accepted Bihar Government’s recommendation to let the CBI probe the death of Sushant. Now, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh met Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Patna today.
Sushant’s father KK Singh paid a visit to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in Patna earlier today, and the picture has been shared by news agency ANI. While the reason for the meeting wasn’t mentioned, this visit comes after the Bombay High Court reserved orders on the bail applications of Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik yesterday. Rhea and Showik had been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the alleged drug case linked to the actor's death case. Rhea has been placed in judicial custody till October 6.
Before this, it was in August this year that Sushant’s father KK Singh had met the Bihar CM to request him to order a CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
