Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager Disha Salian also reportedly died by suicide after allegedly jumping from a high-rise building on June 8. Though it was considered to be an open-and-shut case, later, a lot of hidden facts came out and now CBI is investigating her death case as well. However, as per the latest reports in
Republic, another name of a friend of Disha Salian is revealed who confirmed to have spoken to her on the day of her death. Her friend named Shibani Mutreja has confirmed to the portal that she had spoken to Disha on June 8. Notably, the Mumbai police has made no mention of Shibani's call in their investigation. Shibani was asked to reveal her conversation with Disha but she refused to divulge any details, however, she claimed that 'she was under treatment' and that 'she was not allowed to talk too much.'
As it was reported to be a suicide case, the forensic experts have mentioned coming across two sets on injuries on the deceased body, as reported by Republic. Thus, hinting at it being a murder. Further urging an investigation to be conducted in Disha Salian’s death case, which will definitely lead to her death being due to homicide. Apart from this, it was also reported that Disha had called the Mumbai police before her death on June 8 but Disha had apparently called her friend named Ankita. As per the reports, Mumbai Police confirmed that Disha did not dial 100.
Earlier, BJP MLA Nitish Rane wrote a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah where he requested to provide protection to Disha's fiancé Rohan Rai where he also alleged that ‘some influential people’ may have put pressure on him thus, he is ‘scared’ to return now.
