Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on June 14, 2020. He was a brilliant actor, having made his acting debut with the television show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. He gained a lot of popularity with Pavitra Rishta, which also starred Ankita Lokhande. Switching from television to movies, Sushant then made his Bollywood debut in Kai Po Che, after which he went on to star in other films like MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, Shuddh Desi Romance, among others.
In the days following Sushant’s death, several old videos and pictures remembering the late actor have gone viral on social media. Looking back at those videos now, of the memories he shared with others, is quite overwhelming and emotional. Sushant Singh Rajput once revisited the exact place of his first shot. He talked about it, and got nostalgic. In the old video, we can see Sushant standing in a hilly area, basking in the beauty of nature. The video was shot and shared by Sushant’s friend Kushal Zaveri back in December 2018.
In the video, Sushant can be heard saying, “This is exactly the place where I had shot my first shot in a tv series. This is where I was standing. That was the intro scene of a hero.” Take a look at the video.
Sushant Singh Rajput was cremated at the Pawan Hans Crematorium in Mumbai, on June 15. His ashes were immersed in the Ganga river, Patna, by his family members.
