After actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, his father KK Singh lodged an FIR against his son’s girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, and five others including ex-manager Shruti Modi. With the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probing in SSR’s death case, reportedly, the late actor’s ex-manager Shruti Modi’s lawyer is top criminal lawyer Ashok Saraogi. Now, a report states that SSR’s ex-manager Shruti Modi’s lawyer’s wife is planning to shoot a film based on SSR and girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. The report stated that the film is titled, Nyaay-The Justice.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the report published first by Navbharat Times states that lawyer Ashok Saraogi's wife Sarla Saraogi has already kick-started the shooting for the film titled Nyaay - The Justice, based on the Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty case. With Saraogi representing SSR’s ex-manager Shruti Modi in the investigations surrounding the late actor’s demise, he said, “I am trying to observe this case very closely. I have also maintained a diary on this case which has even the most intricate details. Seeing that, I thought that a film can be made on this. When I showed the diary to director Dilip Gulati, he liked it and decided to go ahead with the film. This film will deliver justice to Sushant, Rhea and everyone else associated with the case."
As per the report, talking about making the film, Ashok Saraogi mentioned how he has maintained a dairy on the SSR death case which has the most intricate details and revealed that seeing all that, he decided that a film could be made. Shruti Modi’s lawyer revealed that when he shared the dairy with director Dilip Gulati, he liked it and decided to go ahead. Saraogi also mentioned that the film will deliver justice to Sushant, Rhea and everyone else associated with the case, as per the report.
Meanwhile, it was yesterday during the press conference that Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh warned that no film or book based on SSR must be made without seeking approval from the late actor’s father KK Singh. Reacting to that, Saraogi said that every film is inspired by some real-life event. He added, “When it comes to the legal aspect, we can say the film is inspired by Sushant and Rhea's case and like that, anyone can make a film. There is nothing wrong with this."
