Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020, and his sudden untimely demise left the nation shocked. In the days following his death, many fans demanded a CBI inquiry, as they suspected foul play. While at first, there was social media outrage about nepotism in Bollywood, the case found another narrative after Sushant’s father KK Singh filed an FIR in Bihar, accusing Rhea Chakraborty of abetting Sushant’s suicide. Now, Rohit Roy and Renuka Shahane have both tweeted, wanting justice in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.

Rohit Roy took to his Twitter and shared that he now believes there is more to Sushant’s death than meets the eye. His tweet read, “After almost 2 months of assimilating facts/info, which ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous, I am now certain that there so much more to the poor lads death than meets the eye... and now, I am with all those who have been raising their voices about the murkiness of it all…" Meanwhile, Renuka Shahane said that she wants Sushant to have justice that he deserves, however, she doesn’t want the investigation to be questioned without knowing what they concluded.

"Of course I do and that is exactly why I don't want the entire investigation to be questioned without knowing what they have concluded. I want Sushant to have the justice he absolutely deserves. That is exactly why I am not jumping to any conclusions,” wrote Renuka Shahane.

In another tweet, Renuka Shahane also wrote that the whole country wants to know the truth, but the mudslinging won’t get us any closer to it, citing that first the ‘nepokids’ were called murderers, then the Bollywood gangs, then the family accused Rhea and her parents. She wrote how everyone simply wants to point fingers, instead of waiting for the investigation to be complete.
