A few days ago, Rhea Chakraborty, who had been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the drug link connected to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, was granted bail by the Bombay High Court. It was being reported that the actress would take legal action against those who made false allegations against her. Now, as Rhea Chakraborty filed a complaint against a neighbour for making false allegations, Riteish Deshmukh supported Rhea’s decision to take action.
Recently, reports of Rhea’s neighbor claiming that an eyewitness revealed to her that he/she saw Sushant dropping off Rhea at her house on June 13, surfaced on the Internet. Now, Rhea has filed a complaint against the neighbour calling her claims to be ‘patently false’ and ‘bogus’. Her complaint mentions that the neighbor ‘made patently false and bogus allegations’ against Rhea ‘knowing them to be false, to mislead the investigation in the above case.’
“The allegation was that the late Sushant Singh Rajput had dropped me to my residence in his car on the 13th of June 2020, which is utterly false,” it read. Now, Riteish Deshmukh backed Rhea’s decision to take action, and sharing her complaint, as well as an article by a tabloid about Rhea seeking action, Riteish Deshmukh wrote, “More power to you @Tweet2Rhea- Nothing is more powerful than TRUTH.”
