Recently, a drug angle emerged in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case and Republic reported that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) shared some evidence with CBI about Rhea Chakraborty’s alleged use and dealing in narcotics. Times Now also accessed a few deleted WhatsApp chats of Rhea Chakraborty that allegedly talk about drugs and narcotics. One particular message sent by a Jaya Saha to Rhea Chakraborty raised a lot of questions. Now, Jaya Saha has reportedly been summoned by the ED.
According to a report in Republic, the ED, which is probing the financial angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has summoned Rhea Chakraborty’s ex-talent manager Jaya Saha. This news comes after her message to Rhea was revealed. According to Times Now, the message sent by Jaya Saha to Rhea reads, "Use 4 drops in tea, let him sip it …. Give it 30-40 mins to kick in". Sushant’s family’s lawyer, while speaking to Times Now, said that while they earlier thought Sushant was being administered some drug by a doctor or a psychiatrist, it now seems that Sushant was given drugs to control his mind and that it was highly criminal.
Shweta Singh Kirti, Sushant’s sister, also reacted to this and wrote, “This is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE!! An immediate action should be taken by CBI on this. #RheaDrugsChat.”
Meanwhile, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde denied the charges and released a statement saying that Rhea has never consumed drugs in her life and that she is ready for a blood test.
