Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on June 14. Mumbai Police officially stated that the actor does by suicide. After the actor’s untimely and sudden death, it was reported that Sushant suffered from depression and was also under medication for it for the last six months. As several media outlets reported that the reason behind Sushant’s depression was lack of work opportunities, during an interview, producer Ramesh Taurani opens up about his last conversation with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and reveals if the late actor sounded normal or not.
Times Now shared a video on Twitter from their telephonic interview with producer Ramesh Taurani. During the interview, the interviewer mentioned about receiving some CDR documents of the late actor which reveal that Ramesh Taurani spoke with Sushant. As the producer confirmed that he had a conversation with Sushant, when asked about if he was planning to sign the late actor for a film, Taurani refused to comment on it.
Moving on, when questioned again if he was in a process of signing any film with Sushant, Ramesh Taurani mentioned that he was, but added that he does not want to comment on it. Later, when asked if Sushant Singh Rajput sounded depressed when he spoke to him, Ramesh Taurani explained that since he was speaking with the late actor on call, he would not understand it well. When asked further if Sushant sounded normal, the producer replies with a ‘yes’ and confirmed that the late actor sounded normal when Taurani had his last conversation with him.
