Sushant Singh Rajput Death Probe: Late Actor's Flatmate Siddharth Pithani Also Summoned By The Enforcement Directorate-Reports

Since Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden and untimely death, his fans, friends, and family are seeking justice for the late actor and also requesting a CBI probe in his death case. On August 5, the Centre accepted Bihar government’s request of a CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Now, as the investigation continues, while Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty is being questioned in Enforcement Directorate office in Mumbai, NDTV has reported that the late actor’s friend Siddharth Pithani has been also summoned by the ED on Saturday. As reported by NDTV, Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend Siddharth Pithani, who was also his flatmate and lived with the actor for some time has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate. Pithani has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate office on Saturday.  

Siddharth Pithani, who lived with Sushant Singh Rajput in his flat also described himself as the late actor's creative manager, in some reports. Reportedly, Siddharth Pithani lived along with Sushant Singh Rajput from April 2019 to June 2020. During an interview with Republic, Pithani revealed that it was him who gave Sushant his medication which contradicted his statement to that of the house staff who mentioned that it was Rhea Chakraborty who gave the actor his medication. Siddharth Pithani after Sushant’s demise penned down an emotional message for the late actor. In his post, Pithani wrote, “A brother, a friend, a teacher and a mentor. I'm sure you are somewhere around Andromeda galaxy right now. Have a safe journey back in to cosmos. Rest in peace Sushant Sir, Buddha miss you (sic)."

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead, hanging, in his Mumbai residence on June 14.
