The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Karan Johar’s Dharma Production Executive Producer Kshitij Ravi Prasad yesterday.  NCB had quizzed Karan Johar’s Dharma Production Executive Producer Kshitij Ravi Prasad, and he was later arrested by the agency. Now, India Today reports that Kshitij will remain in NCB custody till October 3. 

Hours after interrogating Kshitij, NCB has had arrested Dharma’s executive producer. According to a report in Bombay Times, Rakul named Kshitij during her interrogation and revealed to NCB that he used to supply drugs Bollywood’s 4 celebrities. According to reports, Kshitij was avoiding NCB’s questions during the interrogation. He was allegedly asked about 2019’s Karan Johar’s party video. According to India Today, while NCB had sought a 9-day custody, it only got 6-day custody of Kshitij, which means he will remain in NCB custody till October 3.

Meanwhile, Karan Johar took to social media to react to the ‘malicious campaign’ against him. In his recently-released statement, KJo said that he does not his ‘aide’ or ‘close aides’ Kshitij Ravi Prasad or Anubhav Chopra. Johar elucidates that Anubhav was with Dharma back in 2011-2013 and since then has never been associated with Dharma. Kshitij was hired for a project in 2019 which did not take place.


A part of his statement read, “Several media/news channels have been airing news reports that Kshitij Prasad and Anubhav Chopra are my 'aides'/'close aides'.
