The probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has been taken over by the CBI and the agency has been working swiftly since its arrival in Mumbai more than a week ago. So far, the CBI has questioned several people linked to Sushant, including Rhea Chakraborty and Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani. Now, the latest report on Times Now states that Kotak Mahindra bank manager has joined the CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
For the unversed, Sushant Singh Rajput had a bank account at Kotak Mahindra and now the bank manager has reportedly joined the CBI probe in Sushant’s death case. The Bihar Police had earlier visited the Kotak Mahindra Bank branch when they were in Mumbai for investigation. The ED also registered a money laundering case on the basis of a police complaint filed by Sushant’s father KK Singh in which he alleged that Rs 15 crore was transacted to unknown bank accounts from Sushant’s Kotak Mahindra bank account.
Meanwhile, a few days ago, Rohit Rao, chief communication officer of the Kotak Mahindra Group said in a statement that they were extending cooperation to the CBI in the investigation of Sushant’s death case.
