Sushant Singh Rajput's death case has taken a major turn with his father filing an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. In the FIR that he lodged in a police station in Bihar, he reportedly made allegations like cheating, abetment of suicide and more against the actress. Ever since then, the demand to transfer the case to CBI has grown louder. Fans and many celebrities, politicians too are of an opinion that there should be a CBI probe in this case. Now, former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis has tweeted about the same.
He wrote, "There is a huge public sentiment about handing over #SushantSinghRajput case to CBI but looking at the reluctance of State Government, atleast @dir_ed ED can register an ECIR since misappropriation and money laundering angle has come out." In the FIR lodged, Sushant's father KK Singh has reportedly accused Rhea Chakraborty of using
Sushant's money and draining him financially. He also mentioned about Rs 15 crore transaction that took place from Sushant's account and got transferred to people he does not know.
