Sushant Singh Rajput’s death on June 14, 2020, left the nation shocked. The CBI is currently investigating the case, and recently, it was reported that the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) report ruled out the murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Now, according to Times Now, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh has reacted to the AIIMS report and he is perturbed by it. He also suggested that CBI must constitute a fresh forensic team.

Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh also tweeted about the same, and said that he was going to request the CBI Director to constitute a new Forensic team. He then questioned as to how could the AIIMS team give a conclusive report in the absence of the body, and based on ‘shoddy’ post mortem report by Cooper Hospital. His tweet read, “Highly perturbed with AIIMS report. Going to request CBI Director to constitute a fresh Forensic team . How could AIIMS team give a conclusive report in the absence of the body,that too on such shoddy post mortem done by Cooper hospital wherein time of death also not mentioned.”

Meanwhile, Mumbai Police also reacted to the AIIMS report, and said that they stand vindicated. Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh told PTI, “Without knowing anything about our investigation and without having seen our report some vested interests criticized our investigation.
