The Narcotics Control Bureau has been probing the drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, and upon further investigation, several names surfaced. Deepika Padukone’s ex-manager Karishma Prakash is being probed by the Narcotics Control Bureau, and her name came up after an alleged conversation about drugs in a group that Rhea Chakraborty’s talent manager Jaya Saha was also a part of, surfaced. Amid reports of her being untraceable, Karishma had appeared before the NCB office on Wednesday.

Now, as per the latest reports, Karishma Prakash has been summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau for the second consecutive day in the drug case. ANI shared the latest development in a tweet that read, “Mumbai: Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has summoned Karishma Prakash, manager of actor Deepika Padukone, for interrogation today." As she had appeared before the NCB office yesterday, pictures of here clicked outside the office had surfaced.

Reports state that a small quantity of drugs were recovered from Karishma’s house last week. Bombay Times also reported that Karishma Prakash resigned from her position from KWAN talent agency on October 21.


A source had told Bombay Times, “Karishma is no longer working with the agency. She had tendered her resignation on October 21 with immediate effect. Her association with Deepika and few other actors was only as a KWAN employee. So naturally those associations would also be severed.”
